Implementation Budgeting
ASW's implementation budgeting software estimates
the cost of implementing various energy efficiency measures (EEMs),
including cost of the equipment, installation labor, and other associated
costs.
Our library includes several different programs
targeted toward various implementation situations.
-
The Central Plant Implementation Budget
program estimates the implementation budget of a central cooling
and heating plant based on the type of chillers (such as centrifugal,
screw, absorption, etc.), number and size of the cooling equipment,
CHW- and HHW-pipe and fitting requirements, type of boiler, size
and length of the boiler-stack, etc.
-
The TES Implementation Budget program
estimates the implementation budget of a TES (thermal energy storage)
system based on the type of system (such as Eutectic-salts, ice-harvesting,
etc.), size and type of the TES tank (such as concrete, steel, etc.),
piping and fitting requirements, transfer-pumps requirements, scope
of the electric work, etc.
-
The Facility Appraisal Budget program estimates
the costs of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, controls, sprinkler
systems, fire and life safety systems. This program was developed
to meet the "Total Energy Service" project requirements.
-
The Motor Replacement Implementation Budget
program estimates the implementation cost of replacing old motors
with high-efficiency motors and identifies the annual energy savings
associated with the high-efficiency motors.
-
The Sheet Metal Implementation Budget program
estimates the implementation cost of installing air distribution
systems for a given facility.
-
The Electric System Implementation Budget program
estimates the implementation cost of installing an electric system
distribution for any given facility.
-
The Lighting Replacement Implementation Budget
program estimates the implementation cost of replacing existing
lighting with state-of-the-art lighting systems. The user inputs
the existing and recommended type of fixtures and the program identifies
the implementation cost and annual savings.
