Building Operations

ASW's building operations software helps you stay on top of various aspects of managing a facility's central plant and related systems.

There are three main building operations programs in our current software library.

• The Manpower Requirements for Building Operations program calculates the man-hour requirements to operate and maintain a facility based on the type and number of pieces of equipment, location of the equipment within a facility, normal number of trouble calls, etc.

• The Preventive Maintenance program issues preventive maintenance work orders based on facility requirements.

• The Facility Operational Budget program was designed to keep ongoing records of the monthly operating cost and compares the empirical-cost inputs to a projected operational budget.
