Richard Stamm, Vice President

Richard D. Stamm manages the technical side of the electrical engineering and data processing. He implements electrical systems concepts, analysis and budgets, as well as, conducts field audits.Richard provides practical expertise in the field of electric power distribution and un-interruptible power systems.

He obtained his BSEE from California State University, Los Angeles and is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer in California.

Mr. Stamm has extensive experience in statistical data analysis and computer program development, which provides an in-depth evaluation of actual or projected energy conservation measures.
